Magdalena Ferrer, from lawyer to designer, presents her “Catherine Dress” at the Venice Biennale, inspired by travel, island roots and motorsport world.
Magdalena Ferrer, originally from Mallorca, currently lives in Rome, where she studies pattern making and sartorial design at the Burgo Fashion Institute. After a career as a lawyer, she embarked on a path as a designer, transforming the experiences she had during her travels in the Middle East, her island roots and the atmospheres of the racing world gained in motorsport into sources of inspiration for her creations.
Last June, on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the Venice Biennale, she presented her first dress, the “Catherine Dress,” officially marking her debut in the fashion world.
